This is a live recording of a new song I’ve been working on. It’s not perfect by any means, but this live recoding is something really important to me.
The chorus has been my Mantra for a while now, and helped me not only for the words, but because I wanted to make sure I was singing it properly and breathing correctly to control my
Anxiety. Moreover, if I didn’t breath in the right places it wouldn’t help the anxiety. The song uses a lot of breath because it requires a lot of concentration on breathing, just as needed to calm down.
I literally sang this in my head, in the car, in the shower, during class, at work, etc. anytime I felt this deep sense of stress.
I know a lot of people have their own problems and maybe singing the chorus can help you too.
